Curriculum
What your team learns in six weeks
The program runs in three phases and each one completes part of the initiative. In every session, AI is applied to the participant’s own opportunity.

- How AI systems work (LLMs, RAG, agents) and where they fail
- Finding AI opportunities and scoring them on value and feasibility
- Decision framing, turning a business problem into a clear decision with its assumptions written down
- Prompting AI and checking its output
- Using AI for research to test those assumptions
- Agreeing approved tools, data limits and review rules before anyone builds

The last week ends with a showcase
Each team presents its opportunity, demos the prototype, goes through the numbers and risks, and asks for the support it needs to continue. Your company decides who attends and which initiatives move forward.
- Week 6 can run online, or as a full day in person at your office or an ITB campus (priced as an add-on).
- The panel can be your senior leaders or a wider internal audience.

Works with your approved AI tools. We adapt the exercises to the AI tools your company allows, such as ChatGPT, Claude or tools you already license. Before the cohort starts we agree which tools and which company data participants can use.

FAQ
Common questions
How is this different from the 12-week program? +
The 12-week program is open to individual enrolment and goes deeper on data foundations. This one runs privately for a single company over six weeks, and every session is applied to AI opportunities inside that business.
Will participants work individually or in teams? +
In small teams. Each team takes one opportunity from your business through to the final showcase. We agree the number of teams and how they are composed when scoping your cohort.
How many people can join a private cohort? +
We size the cohort with you. The showcase works best with a focused set of team presentations, so cohort size, team count and showcase format are agreed together before we quote.
How much time should each participant reserve each week? +
Four hours of live sessions plus around two hours on the team’s initiative. Sessions are scheduled with you and can run inside working hours.
Can the program use our approved AI tools and data policies? +
Yes. Exercises are adapted to the AI environment your company permits, and we agree with your IT and security teams what data participants may use. Where company data cannot be used, teams work with anonymised or synthetic data. We sign your NDA.
What does our company need to prepare before Week 1? +
A shortlist of business opportunities worth working on, confirmation of approved AI tools and permitted data, and senior time to review the proposals at the showcase. We work through all of it in the scoping session.
What does it cost? +
Each cohort is quoted on team size, format and how far we tailor the sessions to your industry. Tell us what you are planning and we will send a proposal.
How is the certificate awarded? +
Participants who meet the program’s completion and assessment requirements receive an ITB-endorsed Certificate of Completion, issued by Institut Teknologi Bandung and RevoU.
What if we want to implement an initiative afterwards? +
That is a separate engagement. After the showcase we walk your team through the scored initiatives, and if you want help taking one further we discuss it then.
